Class 2 Driver – Store Deliveries

We are recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver in Halesowen for ongoing, full-time store delivery work with an established transport operation.

This is a long-term Category C driving opportunity offering consistent work, regular hours and reliable weekly earnings. As a Class 2 Driver, you will complete scheduled store deliveries throughout the region, ensuring goods arrive safely, efficiently and on time.

Genuine PAYE Pay Rate

All of our advertised pay rates are genuine PAYE rates with no rolled-up holiday pay.

The advertised £15.00 per hour is your genuine basic PAYE rate, with holiday pay accrued separately. The rate you see is the rate you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle on scheduled store delivery routes
• Complete deliveries to retail and commercial locations
• Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Ensure loads are transported safely and securely
• Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately
• Provide a professional service when dealing with customers
• Communicate effectively with the transport office
• Follow Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and road safety regulations

Driver Requirements

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• Previous Class 2 driving experience required
• Valid Driver CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum 6 penalty points with no major endorsements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to driving
