• The competition opens on 28/11/25 at 9:00 GMT
• The competition closes on 18/12/25 at 16:59 GMT
• Entries received outside this time period will not be valid

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries
• The winner will be announced on the Elite Driver Jobs Facebook page on Thursday 18th December 2025
• The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger and/or email (if profile created)
• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner

7. Prize Delivery

• The Amazon voucher will be sent digitally via email within 7 working days of the winner confirming their contact details
• Elite Driver Jobs is not responsible for any issues with the winner’s email provider or spam filters

8. Data Protection

• Entry data will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition
• By entering, you consent to Elite Driver Jobs contacting you regarding the competition
• If you create an EDJ profile as part of your entry, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the prize

9. General Conditions

• Elite Driver Jobs reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
• Elite Driver Jobs reserves the right to disqualify any entry if there is reason to believe the entrant has violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct
• Bulk entries, entries made using automated systems, or entries made by third parties will be disqualified
• Elite Driver Jobs’ decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition
