Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following information is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers:

Important: Your fingerprint data itself NEVER leaves your device. Our app only stores a random authentication token that can be unlocked by your fingerprint via your device's built-in security system. We never see, store, or have any access to your actual fingerprint.

Push Notifications
Our app sends push notifications about:
- Job alerts — when new jobs matching your saved preferences are posted. To respect your time and attention, we apply the following limits automatically:
- A maximum of 2 push notifications per day per user
- Quiet hours between 21:00 and 07:00 UK time (no pushes sent during this window)
- One bundled "daily digest" push at 7:00 UK summarising recent matches
- Immediate "hot match" pushes only for jobs that exactly match your licence within 15 miles
You can disable push notifications at any time by:
- Toggling off push notifications in your Account Settings on elitedriverjobs.com, or
- Disabling notifications for the Elite Driver Jobs app in your device's system settings
Disabling push notifications does not affect email notifications, which can be managed separately at https://elitedriverjobs.com/email-preferences/.
Deleting Your Mobile App Data
You can delete app-specific data at any time:
- Sign out of all devices: Contact customersupport@elitedriverjobs.com to revoke all authentication tokens linked to your account
- Disable biometric login on a specific device: Reinstall the app on that device, or contact us to revoke that device specifically
- Delete locally stored data: On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Elite Driver Jobs → Storage → Clear data
- Uninstall the app: Removes all locally stored data immediately
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of your personal data
