HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in the Leicester area. Whether you're an experienced driver or newly qualified, we have opportunities for you!

The Role:

As a HGV Class 1 Driver, your main responsibility will be driving a curtain lorry, delivering pallets around LE post code areas between 3-9 drops per day, Either forklifted off or delivered using a tail lift. 12 hour shifts on average with start times ranging from 05:00 to 08:00.

• Immediate starts available for AM start times
• Multi Drop deliveries, 1-2 runs per day delivering to LE post codes
• Guaranteed 8 hours of pay, usually 12 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday (Weekends optional)
• Pay rates from £19.00 - £23.95 (PAYE / Umbrella PAYE contract)
• Immediate starts available for Morning shifts
• ADHOC shifts also available for part time drivers

What We’re Looking For:

• HGV Class 1 Driver with 6 months driving experience, however newly passed drivers are also accepted
• No more than 6* points on your license* (not essential)
• A valid CPC, Driver’s License, and Digi Card are required
• Basic English language skills, both spoken and written
• Understanding of driver’s hours and regulations when working as a HGV Class 1 Driver
